TestHound provides access to the previous years testing data.  When you log in at the beginning of a school year, you are welcomed by a fresh TestHound interface.  Where is last year's testing data?  On the Archive Mode tab.

When you click in the the box next to the Archive Mode tab, you will be taken to the archive interface for the previous school year.

You will see a red banner that says TestHound Archive Mode. Your Processing of Data Updates box will have last year’s date.

Tip: If you do not see the red banner at first, you may need to logout and hit Ctrl+FN+F5 in order to see the red banner at the top of the page.

When in archive mode you can view and pull reports from the previous year, but cannot change (update, insert or delete) any data. Any attempt to do so will return an alert message indicating that such actions are prohibited.

When you are finished using the archive page and you are ready to return to the current version of TestHound, you can simply uncheck the Archive Mode button at the top of the page.
