Data Integration

This page allows you to control the list of accommodations for your district.  You can add, edit and delete accommodations from here, as well as gain access to the Auto Pilot Toolkit if your district has purchased it.

Data Integration allows districts to select from a list of vendors they would like to have accommodations supplied to on the district's behalf.  TestHound takes the testing accommodations from TestHound and sends them to the selected vendor nightly. Please be sure you have mapped everything in auto pilot and the campuses have accepted their auto pilot alerts to ensure the accommodations are showing on the student accommodation pages so they will be pulled into the file when it runs.

The district will select from a list of vendors then read through and sign the User Agreement.  This establishes the file that will be sent nightly to the selected vendor.  (Note that if choosing Eduphoria, you will set up the integration, and then wait until the next day, click the download button to retrieve the TestHound accommodation file, and then upload it manually into the Eduphoria platform)

Please be sure you have mapped everything in auto pilot and the campuses have accepted their auto pilot alerts to ensure the accommodations are showing on the student accommodation pages so they will be pulled into the file when it runs.

To add an additional Data Integration file, click the + sign at the top of the table.  This will bring up the vendor selection box as well as the new User Agreement that will need to be signed.

A CSV file is sent to the selected vendor on behalf of the district.  The file includes the following data:
