How to Adjust the Number of Required Observations & Self-assessments (Non-Checklist Districts)

The SuperUser can adjust the required number of self-assessments and observations in the system for selected staff. Before making any changes in this area, please make sure you know your districts requirements. 

NOTE: If your district is using checklist, this section is not applicable.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Adjust the Number of Observation Types

Utilities > Account Manager > Mass Assign Account Changes > Adjust Number of Required Observations and Self-Assessments​

A. Select Certified Staff or Classified Staff to be displayed​

B. Filter by school and/or status of staff if applicable​

C. In the table below listing the staff members, you will see the set number for each observation type and self-assessment – you can adjust the numbers for individual staff members by replacing the number with the adjusted required number in the textbox under the corresponding item​

D. To change all visible staff’s required number for specific observation types, enter the required number in the empty textbox in the appropriate “Force All Visible (observation type)“ to field then click “Go” to change the number for the corresponding item in the table below​

E. When all adjustments are made, click “Accept Changes”
