Support for SuperUsers
Each district will designate one or more SuperUsers to be the main point of contact between the EAI Staff and the district. The SuperUser will oversee and maintain the district’s user accounts and processes within the Evaluation software.
There are three main management tabs exclusive to the SuperUser duties, the Account Manager, District Settings, and Onboarding. They are found under Utilities in the navigation menu.
