How to Mass Assign a Walk-Through Tool

The SuperUser can mass assign or individually assign a walk-through instrument to select staff all in one place.

Mass Assign a Walk-Through Tool
Utilities > Account Manager > Mass Assign Account Changes > Assign Walk-Through Instruments
A. Filter viewable staff list by school, classification/status, certified staff or classified staff
B. Walk-Throughs are coded by the chronological order listed, e.g., W0 = (None); W1 = SFS Standard Walk-Through…
• To hide a walk-through instrument, in the staff assignment table below, click “hide” (blue link) next to the rubric code
C. To select or deselect a default walk-through instrument for all staff listed, click the blue link “Select All” or “Deselect All” located at the end of the rubric title
D. Assign a new or updated walk-through instrument en masse to staff using the change field: Change all > (select the current assigned instrument from dropdown) to > (select the new instrument to be assigned)” > then click “Go” the changes will show on the staff list below
E. Assign individual staff a new walk-through instrument by selecting the radio button next to the
appropriate walk-through instrument number
F. Don’t forget to click “Accept Changes” before leaving the page
NOTE: selecting a walk-through instrument will make the assigned instrument the default one that will display when starting a walk-through. You can always choose a different walk-through if needed
