In the example above:

John Smith has full access to the platform; therefore, a department, min grade level, and max grade level is not needed.
Terry Taylor has full access with the exception of a Power Delete; therefore, a department, min grade level, and max grade level is not needed.
Richard Davis has full access with the exception of a Power Delete to the Mathematics department only. Therefore, the department is required, but the min/mad grave level is not.
Ana Suarez is able to edit courses for grades 6-8 in the Science department only; therefore, all columns are required.
Tim Johnson is able to edit courses for grades 9-12 in the Science and Mathematics departments; therefore, all columns are required and his two departments are separated by a comma.
Matt Kim has read only access to all district departments for 4th grade only; therefore, all columns are required and the word ‘all’ indicates all departments.
