How to Publish/Unpublish Courses on the District Public Site

The district administrator level user has the ability to change a course status - the below 6 statuses are available to choose from.

To change the status for an individual course:

  1. Enter the course, check “Edit Mode” and click the title of the course at the top of the page.

  2. From the “Status” dropdown menu, select the desired course status, then click Save.

To change the status for multiple courses:

  1. Go to Mass Maintenance in Administrative Functions, then click on “Click her to change the course status for multiple courses”

2. Choose the Department, current Course Status and Grade of the courses that you would like to change the course status of, then click Preview. A list will populate below of the courses that meet your criteria selected.

3. Select the desired course status from the drop down menu and the desired courses to change, then click “Apply Change”.
