How to Update a Projector Schedule

Projector Schedule

The Projector Schedule allows Embarc to project the pacing of the course onto the district calendar. This is visible on the Scope and Sequence page and integrates with the lesson planner for accurate planning.

• On the navigation bar, click on ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS-PROJECTOR SCHEDULES

• Click on the Projector Schedule that you would like to assign to the current district calendar

• From the Calendar drop-down menu, select the current district calendar

• Change the start date and end date to the current school year

• Click SAVE

• Repeat for any other Projector Schedules
