How to Use the Multiple Change Engine
Utilities > Account Manager > Mass Assign Account Changes > Multiple Change Engine
The Multiple Change Engine tool is useful when needing to make multiple staff profile and assignment changes or remove non-returning staff at the start of the year. Apply individual changes for multiple staff from the same page. Changes that can be made using the Multiple Change Engine:
Primary Evaluator - Location/School – Finalization Group - Primary Rubric – Walk-Through
Tool – Checklist – Position – Status – State ID Number – Payroll ID - Custom Fields

Step-by-Step Guide:
Multiple Change Engine
Utilities > Account Manager > Mass Assign Account Changes > Multiple Change Engine
A. The section header states the cycle year in which changes made will be effective
B. Choose the location for the staff list to make changes
C. Select either Certified or Classified Staff or keep both choices checked to display both classifications
D. Hide items to display only the item(s) to change by unchecking the box next to the item in the column header / profile template
E. The name of the staff member is listed in the upper left of the first column in each row
You can make the following changes within the staff profile row:
Column A
Staff Member Name – to remove from the current cycle, click the box next to the name (check only to deactivate account)
Primary Administrator/Evaluator – select from dropdown list (optional)
Column B
Location/School – select from dropdown list (required)
Finalization Group – select from dropdown list (required)
Column C
Primary Rubric – select from dropdown list (required)
Walk-Through Tool - select from dropdown list (if applicable)
Checklist - select from dropdown list (if applicable)
Column D
Position – enter the staff’s position (optional)
Status - select from dropdown list (if applicable)
Column E
State ID Number – enter the staff member’s unique number (optional)
Payroll ID - enter the staff member’s unique number (optional)
After changes have been made, click “Record Changes” * at the top of the page
While on the Multiple Change page, if you select a different school within the Multiple Change Engine page, unsaved changes WILL BE SAVED. However, if you leave the Multiple Change page before clicking “Record Changes”, unsaved changes WILL NOT BE SAVED
