Finalization or Summative Groups

Purpose: View, request changes or removal, and verify ALL Finalization or Summative Groups for the upcoming school year.

Open

A. Click on Finalization Groups

B. Change Request and Verify

• View each Finalization or Summative Group

• If changes are needed (including a request to remove), click Change Request and enter information needing changing. If needed, upload documentation.

• Verify each Finalization or Summative Group only IF the group is ready for the upcoming school year.

C. To request a new Finalization or Summative Group, click Finalization Group Request and upload the new group.

Utilize the Optional General Notes, Questions and Additional Information for questions not tied to a specific Finalization/Summative. Review this section for questions or comments from the EAI Evaluation Team.
