Onboarding

SuperUsers and/or SuperTechs utilize the Onboarding module in two ways:

1. Initial Set Up

  1. Complete the module to add evaluation items and process based on district requirements.

  2. Hover over Utilities > Onboarding. Each module has an individual support page nestled under this page.

2. Update account and request changes

  1. Make changes to evaluation items and processes throughout the year.

  2. Hover over Utilities > Onboarding

  3. Throughout the year, open the page with the evaluation item needing changed. Click “View” to review the items and use the “Change Request” button to document your change or upload an attachment or link.

  4. Update the Status to Request Review and the EAI Evaluation Team will make your change.

  5. Once the item is complete, please click “Verify”.
