How to Add Items to My Evaluation - Staff

To add evaluation items that you are responsible to initiate and submit such as a self-assessment, artifact, forms, professional development task, SLOs:

  1. In the Evaluation Items header, click “ADD ITEM”

  2. Select the desired item from the dropdown menu

  3. In progress and completed items will be listed below the required items

DISTRICTS USING CHECKLISTS

To add an evaluation item (self-assessment, artifact, forms, professional development task, SLOs) not listed on your Checklist:

  1. In the Non-Checklist Evaluation Items header, click “ADD ITEM”

  2. Select the desired item from the dropdown menu

  3. In-progress and completed items will be listed under the Non-Checklist Evaluation Items
