How to Edit a Locked Self-Assessment

How to Edit a Locked Self-Assessment

When a staff member, makes the Self-Assessment available to the evaluator, the staff member will no longer be able to make changes. To edit or to delete the Self-Assessment the evaluator will need to reopen it for the staff member. Once reopened, the Self-Assessment will be released back to the staff member, and they can amend it.

  • Note: SFS staff is not able to reopen the Self-Assessment for a staff member.

  • Checking the “Self-Assessment Complete Staff Signoff” box, and “Click Here to Save Changes” will mark the Self-Assessment as complete and makes it available to your evaluator to review. No further changes can be made.

  • Once locked, if you need to make changes or delete the Self-Assessment, you will need to contact your evaluator and request to reopen it.

  • Once the evaluator reopens the Self-Assessment, it will be released back to you with a Change Log entry and restored editing rights to amend or delete the Self-Assessment as necessary.
