Superintendent Evaluation by School Board Member
Evaluation provides two options for districts to allow School Board members to evaluate the Superintendent.
The School Board President (or designee) is provided with an account in Evaluation. The School Board President/designee sends Guest Observations via email link to the other board members to assign proficiency ratings and document evidence for rating selection.
All School Board Members are provided with an evaluator account in Evaluation. The School Board Members complete an observation within Evaluation for the Superintendent and are able to view any artifacts or professional development the Superintendent has uploaded.
In both settings, once all members complete an observation, the School Board President/designee uses the compilation of observations to complete a Finalization/Summative for the Superintendent. Often the Finalization/Summative is projected in a meeting room with all board members to discuss.
