When a student's name is selected, the test data will be displayed below the Tests section. Test data by administration and grade will be displayed. Column headings will be color coded to indicate the status by subject. EOC and grade-level data will be displayed in separate data tables.
The first 2 digits are the administration and the last 2 are the year.
13=fall
15=spring
16=summer
Color coding key:
Green – student met the passing standard for the subject
Red – student did not meet the passing for the subject
Blue – the student had an exclusion/do not test record put in (i.e. ARD exempt, Special LEP Provision, etc.)
Gray - if the student did not have a score code of "S" then the score code assigned to the student will be displayed
To view details of a test including scale score and performance standard met, select Test Details.
If an exclusion record needs to be entered for a student to complete their test history, the CTC can enter it manually on the student's performance table by selecting Exclusion and choosing New. A window will pop up prompting the CTC to complete the information in each drop-down. Exclusions can also be uploaded by file to mass assign exclusions all at once. (See link below)

Once all test data is loaded and exclusions are entered, CTCs can begin to set up their test sessions. Students may be added to the test using the same methods as before, but CTCs will also find the ability to add students by Retesters to pull in those students that are not pulled in through the other additional features.
After students are added to test sessions, CTCs will be able to identify whether students need to test based on the color coding within the Test View.
Students may also be filtered by their status once added to a test session using the new filtering options:
*Accommodations
*Courses
*Grades
*Past Performance
PT: Exclusion
PT: Met
PT: Not Met
PT: Score Code
*Program Status
The PT summary report is also a good way to see an overview of performance data for all your students. Click on Reports, and choose Student PT summary.
Districts that have access to the Add Scores feature can manually add a test score to a student.
To add a test score first navigate to the student’s profile page. Then click Add Scores.
Next select the performance standard Met or Not Met beside the subject you will add the score to.
Then add the score.
Next, Add the Score code: Scored, Absent, or Other.
Then click Submit.
A score that has been previously added to a students profile can be updated manually. To manually edit a score click Test Details.
Then find the score that needs editing. You can select different page numbers to see different scores. Look for the subject of the scale score that needs to be changed.
Next click on the edit button.
Place your cursor next to the score that needs changing and edit the scale score.
Then click the Update button.
You can also delete a score that is associated with an incorrect student. click the edit button and delete the students id number.
