Create Support Ticket

To create a support ticket:
Click Support
Click Create New Support Ticket
Fill in the Topic and Comment textboxes and optionally, add an attachment.
Click Submit Support Ticket

When creating a support ticket, please include as much information as possible to ensure that our support team can answer the question.
Users can add files using the Choose File and Upload Attachment Now buttons.
Example information includes: student names, test score, staff members, attachments (images, documents, files), and more.

After submitting the support ticket, click View My Tickets to review the ticket status and responses.
