How to Share to Google Classroom

Set-Up to Enable Google Sharing in Administrative Functions

This option will have to be enabled by a System Administrator.

  1. Administrative Functions-District Options-Show General Configuration

  2. Click on Enable Share to Google Classroom

3. Click Save

How to Share an Activity to Google Classroom

  1. Click the Activity icon from the Scope and Sequence page (screenshot A) OR open the topic in which the activity is housed (Screenshot B)

  2. Click the Share to LMS icon next to the appropriate activity

3. Click the data you wish to share (including attachments) and edit the formatting. There is a 950 character limit.

Note: If you click an additional data field after editing, the changes you made will not save.

4. Click the Google Classroom button

 

How to Share a Topic to Google Classroom

  1. Click the share icon for the topic on the Scope and Sequence page (screenshot A) OR open the topic you wish to share (screenshot B)

2. Click the data you wish to share and edit the formatting.
