Unassigned and Absent Tabs
The Unassigned tab can be selected to view students who have not been assigned to a testing room.
From here, students can be assigned to rooms by individually selecting and moving students.

The Absent tab allows the school user to track students marked as absent who have not been assigned to a make-up test
Prior to having student data displayed, students will need to be marked absent if not present on test day
To mark a student absent, click on the student(s) name to highlight their record
In the options that appear below select Mark Students Absent
Students will then be displayed in the Absent tab
Students can be selected individually and then moved into a test date and room using the drop-down menus that appear below
To move students, select Schedule Makeup or Mark Present
Students who have been marked absent will have multiple records within the test indicating the day they were scheduled to test along with the make-up test.
To mark a student absent by Room, click on the Room Title.
Then, to mark a student absent, in the room, click on the student(s) name to highlight their record.
Next, click Mark Students Absent.
Students marked absent will then appear in the Absent tab.
Un-marking a Student Absent who has not been re-scheduled in a makeup
To unmark a student absent, you will need to mark the student present. First, select the Absent Tab.
Then, highlight the student(s) who you would like to unmark as absent and select Mark Present.
The student(s) will then be removed from the Absent Tab and reappear in your student list in the Students Tab.
Un-mark a Student Absent who is Scheduled in a Makeup already
Once a student has been marked absent and scheduled to a make-up room, you will see the student's name listed twice.
You will first, Highlight the student’s name without the checkmark in the absent column beside it, then click Delete Students.
You will then follow the directions for Unchecking a Student Absent.
