Platform Set-Up

Prior to training, you will need to complete the set-up tasks and add the additional data points detailed on this page. 

This short, informational video reviews each item.

Once complete, please create a support ticket for a data check.

Open

Pathways Login:

URL: https://pw1.graduationpathways.com/access/login

Login: your (district) email address

Password: 

• Click on create New Password

• Enter your email address

• The system will then send you a temporary password to use to login.  Once you are logged in, click on your name in the far right if the top green toolbar and select Personal Settings to change your password.

Set-Up Tasks: 

Navigate to Utilities-District Settings

• Identify Local Dual Credit Classes (Mark check box and save changes)

• Map Misaligned Course Codes (Mark check box and save changes)

• Manage Diploma Types (Edit and add applicable changes)

• Set GPA Accuracy (Edit the dropdown menu and save changes)

• Set Available Programs of Study (Mark check box and save changes)

• Create/Edit Users (Follow on-screen prompts)

• User Permissions: Accessing Students (Edit the student viewing permissions of a user)

Additional Data Points:

Navigate to Utilities-Import Data

• Gather the files from the Pathways Additional Data Points Texas and Pathways Exam Download Instructions.

• Import the files into Pathways
