EOC Results Files from Cambium and Student Data Request Files:

  • Typically, these files must be obtained from the District Testing Coordinator (DTC). TEA will release EOC results files on specific dates according to the Texas Education Agency-Calendar of Events. Once the EOC files are obtained by your DTC, you may upload the txt files into Pathways. (Utilities-Import Data-EOC)

  • For the initial import of EOC data into Pathways, your district’s DTC can make a Student Data Request for historical EOC data to Cambium through the Cambium/TIDE system. Your DTC should request the historical results for each EOC going back to the first year a (currently) enrolled student would have taken the exam. Once the district has the student data request fulfilled from Cambium, those txt files can be uploaded to Pathways for EOC data to populate. (Utilities-Import Data-EOC)

  • If your district also utilizes TestHound, the SDR request report can make this process simple and effective. Once the district has the student data request fulfilled from Cambium, those txt files can be uploaded to Pathways for EOC data to populate. (Utilities-Import Data-EOC)
