Daily Email
Each day an email ("Daily Email") is sent to staff and evaluators with a compiled "to do" list. Individuals can elect to opt out of this email, but if you would like to turn it off for everyone in the district, (i.e., summer break) the SuperUser can turn off Daily Email districtwide and no one in the district will receive email notification from the Evaluation system

Step-by-Step:
Hover over Utilites > Click “District Settings”
Under Daily Email, check current status and click the blue link “Turn Off Daily Email” to turn off districtwide or click “Turn On Daily Email” to resume receiving email notification districtwide
NOTE: Once disabled, emails will not automatically resume at the beginning of the school year. The SuperUser will have to come back to this setting and turn on the daily email to resume notifications
