How do I do a quick search for staff member?

  • Search for an evaluatee by hovering over (A) Find Evaluatee in the navigation menu. (B) click in the search text field and start typing the name (C) click on the name of the staff member from the drop down.

If the name you are searching does not appear, contact your district superuser to confirm:

  • the staff member has an active account

  • you are assigned as an evaluator for the staff member shared between buildings

How do I access a staff member from a dashboard?

  • An evaluator can assess a staff member’s profile page from any dashboard selected. (A) Select dashboard view to “All Evaluatees” or “Evaluatees Assigned to Me”. (B) Find the staff member from the roster listed on the right and click the name to open their profile page.

How do I edit an evaluatee assignment?

Based on permissions defined during district setup, building level administrators have the ability to update evaluation assignments such as rubric, walk-through tool, checklist, number of observations, and the primary and secondary evaluators within their school.

  • On the staff member’s profile page, (A) click the blue link “Edit Staff Member”

  • (B) make the necessary changes and (C) click “Save Changes to Staff Member”
