How to submit an administrator-initiated Artifact on behalf of an evaluatee?
Evaluators have two options to access and start a new artifact:
Start from the Artifact Dashboard
Start from the Staff Profile Page
ARTIFACT DASHBOARD - Hover over Dashboards in the navigation and select Artifact Dashboard > find the staff member from the roster > click Start New to the right of the staff member name
2. STAFF PROFILE PAGE - On the Staff Profile page click Add New in the Evaluation Items (Non-Checklist) header > select Artifact from the dropdown menu

NOTE: Attachments
• There is no limit to number of attachments but there is a Max limit of 12MB per file upload

How do I review and convert a staff-initiated Artifact to an Administrative Artifact?
How to reopen and send an Administrative Artifact back to the Evaluatee for editing?
Once an artifact is rated an converted to an Administrative Artifact, it becomes locked for further editing for the evaluatee. If the staff member needs to make any updates after it is converted the Evaluator will have to reopen and send back.
From the Artifacts Dashboard, select and click on the converted artifact from the Evaluators Artifacts column
Under the Details section > click Revert back to Staff Artifact >The staff member will now be able to access and update artifact
