Utilities > Account Manager > Mass Assign Account Changes > Manage Primary & Secondary Evaluators
SuperUsers can assign evaluatees to specific evaluators for easier organization, tracking of data, and more accurate Daily Email reporting
Administrators will always have the option to see all evaluatees within their school or district
Select evaluatees here only if you wish to create a subset of evaluatees that are specifically under this administrator’s evaluated staff roster
Please note that only one primary evaluator can be selected for each evaluatee
There may be an unlimited number of secondary evaluators for any one evaluatee
To Assign Primary and Secondary Evaluators:
Under Utilities > Accounts Manager > Mass Assign Account Changes > Click the
blue link “Manage Primary and Secondary Evaluators”
In the header Evaluatee Partitioning for, select the Evaluator in the dropdown menu
Select the building for the staff list you wish to assign the evaluator to
Choose certified or classified staff roster
A. Assign the selected administrator as the primary or a secondary evaluator to an individual staff member by clicking the box labeled “Primary” or “Secondary”*
*NOTE: an evaluatee can only be assigned one primary evaluator but can have unlimited secondary evaluators. To add additional secondary evaluators simply select the checkbox and the evaluator's name will be added to the list of secondaries
B. Click the blue link ”Select All” in the table heading to designate the evaluator as the Primary or a Secondary evaluator to all staff listed
C. Click the blue link “Deselect All” to unassign the evaluator as the Primary or Secondary evaluator for all staff listed
D. Click “Accept Changes” when finished assigning staff for the selected evaluator
E. Click the box “View only assignments for (evaluator name)” to display only evaluatee roster for the that administrator
