 Logging In for the First Time (New User)

Identity Provider users (Google, Microsoft, etc.)

*In order to log in to the application, a user must have an account created by a superuser/admin level user

Non-Identity Provider Users

  • Navigate to the application URL

  • Enter Email Address, click “Next”

  • Click “Forgot Password” and “Send verification code”

  • Enter verification code sent to email, click “Verify Code”

  • Click “Reset Password”, enter new password and click “Save Password Change”

  • Verify/choose account to login with (must be email address associated within application)

  • Enter identity provider credentials if requested

Non-Identity Provider Users

  • Enter email address, click “Next”
