Logging In for the First Time (New User)
Identity Provider users (Google, Microsoft, etc.)
*In order to log in to the application, a user must have an account created by a superuser/admin level user
Navigate to the application URL
Enter email address, click “Next”
Verify/choose account to login with (must be email address associated within application)
Enter identity provider credentials if requested
Non-Identity Provider Users

Navigate to the application URL
Enter Email Address, click “Next”
Click “Forgot Password” and “Send verification code”
Enter verification code sent to email, click “Verify Code”
Click “Reset Password”, enter new password and click “Save Password Change”

Enter email address, click “Next”
Verify/choose account to login with (must be email address associated within application)
Enter identity provider credentials if requested
Non-Identity Provider Users
Enter email address, click “Next”
Enter password, click “Sign In”
Changing Your Password

Non-Identity Provider Users
Enter Email Address, click “Next”

Click “Reset Password”, enter new password and click “Save Password Change”
