On the navigation bar, click on ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS-PROJECTOR SCHEDULES
Click on the Projector Schedule that you would like to assign to the current district calendar
From the Calendar drop-down menu, select the current district calendar
Change the start date and end date to the current school year
Click SAVE
Repeat for any other Projector Schedules
