  1. Hover over your name in the top right hand corner and click on Personal Settings.

  1. At the bottom of the screen, click Please send email notifications. If Email Notifications are set to YES, no action is needed.

Turn on email notifications for action items within Evaluation.

  1. Hover over Dashboards and click Action Items.

  1. Using the drop down menu, select either:

    1. Send the Daily Email Every Weekday - an email will be sent every day. If there are not action items, it will be blank.

    2. Only Send Email If There is Content - an email will only be send if there are action items. (most popular choice)

    3. Do Not Send Email Ever - no emails will be sent regarding action items and due dates

  1. Depending on access levels, the last drop down menu will help you choose which staff you wish to receive notifications.

    1. All School (District) Staff - any staff associated with your school or district

    2. Only Those Assigned to Me - any staff member where you are listed as the Primary Evaluator or the Secondary Evaluator
