The Manage Diploma Types page will allow the school to add to the minimum requirements needed for each diploma type offered in the state. The approved diploma types in the state are listed as “Stock” diplomas. However, each one can be edited (only added to but not minimized) and customized for a school’s specific needs. Additional diploma types can be created by the school as well.
Clicking on Edit next to a diploma type will display the minimum state requirements for that particular diploma type (below). Hours can be adjusted higher but not lower than the hours listed for the diploma requirements.
Clicking the “+/-” in each grade and subject area below will allow for adjustments to the classes that are most typically taken in that school year for the Four Year Plan.
