New Features/Updates CA Autopilot/1:1 Mapping- created a “master map” of accommodations for California Reverse proxy, Session sharing Implementation into TestHound- Implemented the reverse proxy that will be used to begin upgrading TestHound to a new tech stack. New Auto Pilot/Lookup Table- California Accommodations. Created a lookup table for creating the California accommodation file. Add paging to district-level inventory- After Florida inventory was scanned in and heavy calculations were occurring at the district level, the page began to exceed the processing time. Paging was added at the district level to allow the large files to pull up without encountering a time restriction.
Bugs Florida Access for ELLs-WIDA Inventory Management Errors - Florida inventory cleanup after the leading zeros were truncated. Software Change - Inventory List timing out for large districts; inventory list was timing out due to the size and number of calculations that occur at the district level on inventory. The solution was to add paging to the page so the load time would be faster. Economic code still not processing properly for some districts- The demographics file was not processing all the expected economic disadvantaged codes. The registration file expects a single digit code, but the demographics file has two-digit codes. The file was updated to process the two-digit codes also. Grade Levels not showing up properly for all students in registration file- updated the stored procedures used in the new registration file to pull the students correct grade levels. |
