In the Schedules menu, click the Course Assoc link at the top of the table.

Choose the Spring EOC and STAAR Alt EOC test administration/test subject and click the + sign on the right side to add a course association to be included in the Registration file. Choose all the courses in which students enrolled will need to take the EOC tests.

There is no need for students to be added to a test in TestHound in order to be included in the file. The system will pull all the students in the courses you associate into the file.

Retesters will be identified and added to the report according to the scores that have been loaded in Testhound Performance Tracker. Be sure to keep these records up to date by loading all scores after each test administration and by routinely pulling SDR files to upload to the testing vendor to receive scores for new students who may have tested elsewhere.

  • A retester is a student that does not have an exclusion and does not have a Level 2 Performance standard.

  • Any students that need to test but have no past performance data can be added to the state EOC test administration and will be included in the file. Course mapping is not required for December or June EOC unless you are testing students who are enrolled in the courses.

**3-8 tests do not require course mapping, students will be included in the registration file according to their grade.
