Sandbox Accounts
Did you know? Each building/campus/location can have a Sandbox Staff account to test and verify evaluation items and workflows!
Find a Sandbox Account
To identify the sandbox account at your location, click on Find Evaluatee and type Sandbox. The sandbox users available with your account will populate.
Click on an account to load the sandbox page. Open any of the items available to evaluators to test/practice. As shown below in the green box, click “Login as Sandbox” will log out the evaluator and log in as the staff member. From the Sandbox Staff profile, test/practice the staff member viewing permissions and workflows.
As shown above in the red box, depending on your permissions set by the district/corporation, the staff profile can be edited to adjust the checklist, rubric, walk-through and more. If you do not have that option, speak with your Sitetech or district SuperUser to build a staff member based on your needs.
