FAQ

Common walkthroughs can be started and completed on mobile, including scoring and brief comments. Observations support core entry and review; advanced edits or bulk operations should move to desktop.

Users can switch via the in‑app Desktop toggle in the upper right-hand corner of the application. Tapping it returns the user to desktop view immediately.

No—mobile doesn’t change your permissions or workflows. It uses the same policies and rules as the desktop experience, just in a layout designed for smaller screens. Any district‑specific routing or signature requirements will still apply.

  • Advanced reports and configuration tools are available on desktop.

  • For more complex observation tasks (like multiple user edits or bulk actions), we recommend using desktop.

  • PDF exports and deeper analytics/visualizations are best experienced on desktop.

Don’t forget to add the website to your home screen so you can easily access mobile-friendly from any of your devices.
