How to Manage Testing Sessions: Educator 

To access a testing session:  

1. On the left-side navigation, click Assessment-Testing Sessions

2. Filter to find appropriate testing session (by educator last name) 

3. Click on testing session to monitor 

To access student scores:  

Once students have finished the session, their score details will appear at the bottom of the screen. A variety of reports are available.   

Bottom of page by student names: 

• Details: a very detailed question by question recap    

• Score: the ability to adjust the individual scores by question

Left side navigation:  

• Print Scores Overview: an overall breakdown of all students’ scores on the assessment 

• Performance By Question: a color-coded view of performance by question  

• Performance By Standard: a color-coded view of performance by standard 

To deactivate a testing session:  

Once all students have completed the assessment, you can uncheck the box labeled “This is an active session” and this session will no longer show up in your search.
