The Reports page changes based on requests for various reports from school districts. If you don’t see a report here that would be helpful, please submit a support ticket and request it. We will add it to the list of requested feature additions and consider it for a future update to Pathways.
Report Descriptions
Diploma Reports | |
Graduation Diploma Requirements Report | Previously this was the Core 40 Report. This report indicates students who may be deficient in the curricular requirements for the Core 40 and other diploma types. |
Build Your Own Report | You are able to pull various data points together on one page using this report. |
Cohort Progress Report | This report is similar to the Graduation Diploma Requirement Report. However, you can track the progress of students by cohort rather than by graduation year. |
4 Year Planner Report CSV Export | |

Duplicate Course Enrollment | A report listing any students who have a completed course and a duplicate course for which they are registered. |
Interest Inventory Report | A collection of data from the O*Net Interest Inventory including the Interest Category as well as the students' three Career Interests. Also includes Box 3 status. |
Diploma Type Discrepancies (PowerSchool only) | |
Indiana Specific Reports | |
Pathways Completion Report | Lists the students' Pathways completion levels based on selected criteria |
21st Century Scholar Report | List of students who have been marked as a 21st Century Scholar |
Students on Waivers | A list of all of the students who are targeting or have completed the Post-Secondary Readiness Waiver |

Validations & Forms Reports | |
Box 2 Report | Lists the Employability Skill(s) that are targeted in Box 2 as well as any details or notes that have been selected or added in Box 2 |
Form Status Report | Lists students/others who have been sent validation requests and the status of the requests. This report can also be used to batch send a validation request to a group of students. It can also be used to send a mass email to students. |
Validations/Forms Ready for Review | A list of all of the submissions that have been received from validation requests that have been sent. Box 2 can be validated from this report for individual students. |
Utility Reports | |
Latest Automated Roster Update Details | List of students who were enrolled or deactivated from the system in the latest student roster update. Report also contains students who may need to be transferred or blocked from transferring. |
View All Log Reminders | A list of all of the log reminders that have been set by the user from two weeks before and one week after the current date |
User Access Log Report | A list of all of the users in the Pathways system and the number of actions that have taken place by that user in the past 7 days and the past month |

SAT Report | List of students and scores for the SAT test |
ACT Report | List of students and scores for the ACT test |
AP Report | List of students and scores for any AP tests that have been completed. |
ASVAB Report | List of students and scores for the ASVAB test |
PSAT Report | List of students and scores for the PSAT test |
CTE Reports | |
CTE Target Report | A list of students and the CTE Concentrator that is being targeted in Box 3 |
CTE Expanded Report | A list of students and the CTE Concentrator that is being targeted in Box 3 as well as the courses that have been completed and are optional for that concentrator |
CTE Concentrator Student Completion Report | Exports a .csv file that lists students with diploma type, Post-Secondary Readiness, and each of the CTE Concentrators with the corresponding completed courses in each concentrator |
CTE Concentrator Needs Assessment | A list of all CTE concentrators with the number of students (and names) who have completed various courses and credits for each concentrator |
Post Secondary Reports | |
Post-Secondary Report | List of students and their associated data pulled from the Post-Secondary Planning page. Some data disagrigation is included in this report. |
FAFSA Report | List of students and their status with regard to the submission of the FAFSA or the Opt Out form. |
Military Readiness Report | List of students and their status for military enlistment. Items include Enlistment, DD4 Form, and DD4 Form submission to DOE. |
