You will see an Auto Scan pop-up box.  This box will reflect the room number currently associated with the Auto Scan feature.  Click in the Barcode field titled Scan here... and scan the barcode on the back of the first test booklet you will assign.  After scanning in the barcode on the back of the first test booklet, TestHound will automatically assign a test booklet to each student sequentially.

Note:  When using AutoScan, TestHound is unable to capture the 10th digit of the booklet barcodes.  If you need to see that digit on the Master Materials and Material Control report, you will need to scan booklets individually.

titleHow do I change my test date or move my test to a different day?

If you find you need to move your test to a different day, and you already have kids assigned to rooms, you will need to configure your test schedule to add the test to the new date (do not delete your original test ). You will add the rooms you wish to use in the new test and then use the Move feature to move the kids from the original test, room by room, to the new test.  Please note: You will not be able to use the copy to feature for this since it is within the same test admin and subject.  Copy To is for copying to a different subject or admin.

First, go to your configure test schedule page and click on the day you wish to add the new test to. Choose the test and click save the assignment.

Click build tests and In the new test, add the rooms you will use for the new day.

Now you will move students, room by room, from the original test to the new test.

In the original test, click on the first room in your room's table and choose Show>all to show all students in the room, and then click Select all to select all the students in the room.  Use the action ribbon at the bottom of the page to choose the new date and session you wish to move to and click Move Students.

Continue moving students room by room until you have them all in the new test (They will no longer be assigned to rooms in the original test).

You can now click on each room to add your teachers/test administrators back in.

Once you are confident you have everything moved into the new test, you can delete the original test from your schedule if you would like.
