To add rooms to the test, use click in the Session drop-down menu  Select a Room box to select a room, and then choose a room or multiple rooms to add to the session. Once they have selected the box, click outside the box and click add a room. TIP: If you hold the ctrl key, you can click multiple rooms all at once and add them.

  • The drop-down will be replaced by a table displaying the rooms available for that session and the test date

  • To add additional rooms to a session, select the pencil icon to edit and add additional room

  • The rooms drop-down menu will appear, and additional rooms can be selected and then added by choosing Add Room

  • To add multiple rooms at one time, select the first room then hold down the CTRL key to continuing continue selecting rooms. Hit Enter, then select Add Room to add the selection.

  • If a description has been added to the room name, the description will appear in the selection box as rooms are being selected, but will not appear in the rooms table after the room is added.

Once all rooms that will be used for a session on a day have been added, they can be duplicated to all remaining sessions

  • To duplicate rooms, select the pencil icon to edit the rooms table and choose the Duplicate option

  • Rooms can be duplicated across:

    1. All sessions within the test

    2. Tests on a particular day

    3. All tests and day/sessions within the administration

To delete a room(s) from a test:

  1. Go to the rooms table inside the test from which you wish to delete the room(s)

  2.  Click on the edit (pencil) icon and you will see the delete (trash can) icons appear.

  3. Choose the room(s) you wish to delete.

  4. Those rooms will be highlighted and a Remove Room button will appear.

  1. Click the Remove Room button to remove the rooms that are highlighted.  

Any students assigned to these rooms will be moved back to the unassigned tab and can be reassigned to new rooms.
