How to Add and Edit Attachments

To Add

  1. Curriculum – Courses – Choose Your Course

  2. Click Edit Mode

  3. Click the paper clip next to desired unit or topic

  4. Choose attachment type

    1. File – select file(s)

    2. Web Link - enter Web Link

    3. Google Drive (if available) - select file using Google Drive Select button

  5. Choose visibility

  6. Click Add Attachment

*Display name and description are optional fields; if display name is not filled in, it will default to original file name. Note: display names can only be 50 characters long.

To Edit

  1. Curriculum – Courses – Choose Your Course

  2. Click Edit Mode

  3. Click on blue paper clip next to desired unit or topic

  4. From the list click Edit or Delete on the attachment you would like to modify

  5. Make desired changes and click Update Attachment
