Military Readiness
If a student will enlist in the military, documentation of the Military DD Form 4 can be uploaded to Pathways as well as the Enlistment Form. Completion of Post-Secondary Ready Competencies can met via the ASVAB test if the student’s ASVAB score is above the cut score and the student has completed and submitted the Military Intent To Enlist form.

Post-Secondary Ready Competencies Waiver
In the event a student will be unable to complete one of the Post-Secondary Ready Competencies above, the Indiana DOE has allowed for a waiver to be completed. Once all 5 criteria have been met, the student can be waived from completing the Post-Secondary Ready requirement. The Waiver can be printed for the student’s cumulative file if needed.
