CCMR

Flags

Flags are visible next to a student’s name on the dashboard and graduation worksheet. Their meaning is determined by each district, the flag’s definition can be seen by hovering over it anywhere in the program.

Diploma

Diploma Designations are visible on the dashboard and graduation worksheet. The legend is visible on the graduation worksheet and below. The target symbol indicates that the student is working towards the diploma designation and the trophy symbol indicates it has been achieved.

EOCs/Alg II/Adv Test

EOC, Algebra II, and Advanced Tester information is visible on the dashboard, ticker, and graduation worksheet. Within the graduation worksheet, the trophy symbol indicates that the EOC has been passed/achieved. You can also see the test score and other information (exempt, waived, out of state, etc.). *An advanced tester is a student who took and passed Algebra I, Biology, or English I in 8th grade and is required to take the ACT or SAT.

Met CCMR

Dashboard:

  • Met is indicated in words and a green background

  • An achieved area is indicated with the trophy icon

  • A target icon indicates that a student is enrolled in a college prep English or Math course

  • A blank area indicates that the student has not yet met in any area

  • the percentage of students shown is also included

Ticker:

  • Met is indicated in words and a green background

  • An achieved area is indicated with the trophy icon and a yellow background

  • A blank, yellow area indicates that the student has not yet met in any area

Graduation Worksheet:

  • Met is indicated with the trophy icon and the score is displayed

  • A score without an icon indicates an attempt

Dashboard:

  • Met is indicated in words and a green background

  • An achieved area is indicated in words

Endorsements

Endorsement information is visible on the graduation worksheet. If a student is targeting a particular endorsement, that can be indicated using the checkbox. If/when an endorsement is achieved, it is indicated with the trophy icon. Algebra II information is indicated in this area as well. Users can click on the View Base Endorsement Requirements and/or the endorsement title to view requirement details.

Performance Acknowledgements Areas

Performance Acknowledgements Areas information is visible on the graduation worksheet. Insert information on how to get it indicated by a trophy. It can also be selected in the checkbox. Users can see more information on each performance acknowledgment's requirements by clicking on the info link. The MORE INFO link will display the Texas Administrative Code regarding Performance Acknowledgements.

Other Graduation Requirements/Validations/Forms/Additional Attachments

Users can track other graduation requirements, send validations, forms, and emails, and add additional attachments to a student’s graduation worksheet in these areas.

College Readiness

In addition to test scores which can include a trophy icon to indicate met CCMR, the area displays completed and/or in progress College Preparatory Courses, OnRamps, and Dual Credit courses. These courses are displayed based on student course history, which can be viewed in the Grade Manager.

Career Readiness

The Career Readiness area displays:

  • State and industry recognized credentials and certifications (link allows users to select the necessary credential/certification)

  • Level I/II Certifications

  • Targeted(target icon) or achieved (trophy icon) programs of study along- for a targeted program of study a list of completed, in-progress, and needed courses is displayed (the program of study can be selected from the dropdown menu)

The View Synopsis link displays a student’s earned/estimated credits and GPA in CTE Programs of Study. The TEA PDF for the selected program of study is linked to this area as well.

Post-Secondary- Enroll, Enlist, Employ

This area is visible on the student graduation worksheet. Once selected for a student, it displays their post secondary plans. This area also includes NCAA and NAIA Eligibility information.
