The Log Activity area keeps track of all of the actions that have taken place in the student’s account over time. It also logs who made those actions. The counselor can enter a manual log entry to keep track of communication with the student as well as send reminders from the manual log entry area.

The entry below is the latest manual entry that was made in the student’s account. The most recent manual entry will always be displayed at the top of the Student Worksheet. If there are no manually entered log entries, this area will say “No manually entered log entries for this student”.

Clicking “View Log” text at the top of this area will take you to a list of activities that have happened over time in the student’s account. The list will look like this (below) when actions have been taken in the student’s account.

By clicking on the “Create New Entry” to text, users can enter a new manual entry into the student’s account. You can also click “Create New Entry” directly from the Student Worksheet (see above). The page below is the manual log entry page.
